Our presence in Poland goes back to 2012. Our journey began with a specialisation in managing office and retail facilities, but in 2022 we shifted our focus to the warehouse market. Our entry into the market took off with the acquisition, jointly with Partners Group, of three logistics parks: City Point Targówek, Logistics Point Raszyn and Logistics Point Piaseczno.

Peakside Capital Advisors is an independent investor, as well as a real estate investment and fund manager. It manages assets worth approximately EUR 1.4bn on behalf of its institutional investors. Peakside implements differentiated investment strategies tailored to specific investor needs, ranging from core to value-add projects for both commercial and residential properties. Peakside has acquired assets worth EUR 4.2bn in total. Peakside’s footprint includes investments in single properties or development projects and property portfolios as well as property-backed loans and real estate companies. The company employs more than 30 professionals across its offices in Warsaw, Prague, Frankfurt, Zug, and Luxembourg.
